At AirwayClear™, your satisfaction and safety come first.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your AirwayClear™ Anti-Choking Device, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request refund.


📦 refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging with all tags and inserts

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.


❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery

  • Send photos and a brief description

  • We’ll resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Final sale or discounted items

Need a different item or color?

We recommend placing a new order after your return is accepted. This ensures faster delivery of your desired item.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are ordering from the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without explanation.

To qualify:

  • The item must remain unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Contact us at info@airwayclearofficial.com to initiate your EU return


💳 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified by email about the refund approval status

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

 

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
